We do not disclose, nor do we reserve the right to disclose, any personal, private information of our clients.
We will only make disclosure of this information to persons not affiliated with our firm when expressly permitted by the client, or in certain limited circumstances. These circumstances include when the disclosure is required, for example, to cooperate with regulators or legal authorities, and when needed by an agent or advisor known to be employed by the client, such as their accountant, attorney, or the custodian of their financial assets. Information may also be shared in certain limited circumstances with third parties that we retain to assist SilverPeak with the operation of its business.
