Denham recently attended a Charles Schwab Conference in Phoenix, Arizona. The conference was created for operation managers and administrative professionals from firms like SilverPeak Wealth.
Denham learned quite a lot. The first thing she learned was that Arizona heat is very different from Colorado heat–especially in July. .
Denham brought back many specific operational improvements and ideas to bring back to Boulder. But overall, the theme of the conference was the growing digitization of workflows. That theme ran through portfolio management, cyber-security, and account administration in general. It was clear, digital solutions are the future.
The conference provided Denham with a much deeper understanding of Charles Schwab’s digital systems. And now she is ready to assist clients with all their digital needs, issues, and concerns.
